Need to talk turkey? Butterball's free turkey talk-line is available daily (including most weekends) through December 25, at 1-800-BUTTERBALL. During operating hours (8AM CST through 6PM or 8PM CST), live operators are available to help you through prepping and cooking your bird. Outside of those hours, recorded info can guide you.     Question- Have 15 lb brined turkey. Cooking it in clay pot. Usually stuff turkey and cook in clay pot. Having never used a brined turkey before, is my stuffing going to taste saltier than usual? Should I soak the turkey b4 cooking? Should I salt & pepper skin of turkey as usual?
